The Convent of the Meeting of Our Lord


The program falls during the winter and summer months. It iis aimed towards helping the five nuns who maintain the convent all themselves. Seattle is famous for its markets, spectacular views, and gorgeous weather. Enjoy wild blackberries, organic produce, and the hospitality of the convent to give it to you.

     Come and experience the fellowship of SPFL on the West Coast, while there you are bound to experience the life of true asceticism, prayer, and fellowship as you:

  • Work alongside the nuns of The Meeting of the Lord in the art of making beeswax candles

  • Tour through Seattle Washington

  • Go to the world famous, markets of Seattle
  • Visit the forests of " God's Country"
  • Visit "Deception Pass"
