Tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it yet. As we endeavor to pray for today and hope for tomorrow, our lifetime will continue to take us in good course, as God wills. But let us not abandon the past. The pages turned which describe the influential people and experiences of our past are what illuminate the very light that strengthens us to be the Orthodox faithful we are today.
I am a Ukrainian Orthodox Christian, born and raised in Alberta, Canada, the sister of two wonderfully loving brothers, of which one has chosen the monastic path, and a daughter blest to have a loving mother, and father who is the Priest of the St’s Peter and Paul Chapel in Alberta, Canada.
As I sojourn in my career as a Horticulturalist and Landscape Designer in California, I carry with me, first and foremost, the drawing tools of the Orthodox faith and impeccable love for my faith, family, and friends.
SPFL has opened an incredible door of opportunity for me to cultivate the grassroots of my youth and to appreciate and share the experiences and competencies gained as a young professional. May God grant us strength as we all continue to labor, help, and guide each other the prayer of today and hope of tomorrow.
